Saturday, March 6, 9:00am | Take a break and “hike” the Elinor Klapp-Phipps Trail with the men of St. Peter’s. We had a wonderful time together when we met in January. Make sure to join us in March!
Ancient magnolias, massive tulip poplars, and sinuous alluvial streams are all part of the delights of Phipps Park, the city of Tallahassee’s most expansive and wild urban park. With 670 acres along the shores of Lake Jackson, Phipps Park provides recreation for all, with separate hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian trail systems. Part of the Florida Trail System, the Phipps Park Trail is made up of three stacked loops, each increasing in difficulty and length, showcasing trees of spectacular size.
Park and meet us at 1275 Millers Landing Road, GATE A at 9:00am. Make sure to wear good walking/hiking boots. Trail mix and water will also be provided. Email Tina@StPetersFL.com to sign up or for more information.
