Have you recently lost a loved one and are now facing the holidays with a sense of anxiety over how you will get through them? On Saturday, November 16 from 9:30-12:00, St. Peter's will offer Surviving the Holidays. This workshop will offer participants resources and strategies for dealing with the various emotions you may be experiencing. The workshop is offered at no cost and is open to anyone.
